Nina Robinson began studying photography a decade ago at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco with an emphasis on Fashion. Through the years Robinson developed a particular interest in shooting live music and Editorial portraits. She worked as a freelance photographer for a newspaper in her hometown in Vacaville, California. Photojournalism encompassed an element of rawness and storytelling that became her forte. Robinson incorporates these elements throughout most of her work. "Everyone has a story and it's my passion to tell these stories. Whether it's a single portrait or a series of photographs I strive to speak truth."
